We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Manager

Executive Compensation to join our Total Rewards team. This is a high-impact, individual contributor role responsible for designing, managing, and advising on executive compensation programs for our senior leadership. Key responsibilities include: Lead the design, evaluation, and administration of executive compensation programs for executive levels, including base salary, annual incentives, long-term incentives (equity), and retention arrangements. Partner with HRBPs, Talent Acquisition, and Finance to develop competitive and market-aligned offers for executive hires. Provide strategic recommendations on pay mix, incentive structures, and equity grants for senior leadership aligned to company growth and shareholder value creation. Design and manage equity compensation programs (e.g., RSUs) for executives; ensure alignment with market trends, internal equity, and company philosophy. Model equity grant scenarios and assess dilution impact in partnership with Finance. Partner with Legal and Stock Administration teams to ensure compliance with equity plan provisions and local/global regulations. Conduct competitive market benchmarking using survey data and peer analysis to inform executive pay decisions. Provide insights to senior leadership and the Compensation Committee on executive pay positioning and market competitiveness. Support materials preparation for Compensation Committee and Board review, including pay rationale, market data, and equity grant recommendations. Ensure compliance with global regulatory and disclosure requirements related to executive compensation. Monitor evolving executive pay trends, governance expectations, and legislative changes impacting SaaS companies. Own the end-to-end process for annual executive pay reviews, incentive plan design, and LTI refresh cycles. Partner with HR Ops and Payroll on accurate execution of pay changes and incentive payouts. Develop clear executive comp guidelines, tools, and communication materials for HR and leadership stakeholders. Qualifications

8+ years of progressive experience in Compensation, with at least 5 years in executive and equity compensation in a public or late-stage private company (SaaS or tech industry strongly preferred). Deep knowledge of executive pay structures, incentive plan design, and equity compensation (RSUs, PSUs, stock options). Strong analytical and modeling skills; ability to translate complex data into clear recommendations. Experience partnering with senior HR leaders, Finance, and Boards/Comp Committees. Proficiency with compensation benchmarking tools and survey data (e.g., Radford, Mercer, Aon). Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including ability to prepare and present materials for senior leadership. Understanding of global executive pay practices and compliance considerations is a plus. Bachelor's degree in HR, Finance, Business, or related field; advanced degree or CCP certification preferred. The annual base salary range for this position is $186,400 - $267,950USD + bonus and equity opportunities. Compensation is based on a variety of factors including but not limited to location, experience, job-related skills, and level.
