Connect Staffing is looking for an experienced
assembler
to join a hands-on, fast-paced shop environment where employees assemble and manufacture filters for refineries in
Conroe, TX.
Schedule:
Monday
Friday, 7:00am3:30pm, with OT optional.
Requirements for Assembler: Minimum 1 year of recent assembly experience. High school diploma or equivalent (preferred). Prior experience in manufacturing or assembly is a plus, but not required. Follow work instructions, blueprints, or diagrams to ensure accurate assembly in English. Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity. Ability to stand for long periods Must be dependable and punctual and have a good work ethic. Prior experience in roles such as Production Worker, Manufacturing Technician, Machine Operator, Assembly Line Worker, Mechanical Assembler, or Warehouse Associate is a big plus!

Responsibilities of the Assembler: Assemble air filters using hand tools, adhesives, and production equipment. Follow work instructions, blueprints, or diagrams to ensure accurate assembly. Inspect finished products for quality, defects, and compliance with specifications. Operate and maintain basic machinery and tools. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area. Meet daily production quotas and deadlines. Assist with packaging, labeling, and preparing products for shipment. Report equipment malfunctions or material shortages to the supervisor.
