MINIMUM 1 YEAR OF WATERBEARING OR RELATED ASSEMBLY EXPERIENCE
Connect Staffing is seeking an experienced Assembler for a faucet manufacturing facility in Huntington Beach, CA.
Schedule:
Monday, Friday, 5:15 AM- 2 PM. Ability to work overtime as needed.
Requirements for the Waterbearer (Assembler): 1 year of recent assembly experience required Must be able to speak English or be Bilingual Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. Must have attention to detail, accuracy, dependability, and persistence. Must be comfortable with working in an environment exposed to heat, cold, dust, and moderate noise. Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Must pass a background, drug screen, and E-Verify Prior experience in roles such as Manufacturing Technician, Mechanical Assembler, Production Assembler, Quality Control Inspector, and Assembly Technician is a big plus!

Responsibilities of the Waterbearer (Assembler): Assembling plumbing systems and fixtures (spouts, valves, showerheads, etc.). Water pressure and flow testing on required assemblies. Inspection of finished components during assembly to conform to quality standards. Following instructions and locating parts on Pick Tickets. Notifying the team leader of quality variances and parts shortages. Operating hand tools. Performing corrective maintenance on water systems, such as valves and blow-offs. Entering orders into the ERP system to track rework orders to the finishing department. Ensuring rework and repair orders are maintained in an organized manner and up to date. Maintaining close communication with the Finishing team to ensure rework.
