Liquidity Reporting Analyst

It is anticipated that an incumbent in this role will work onsite for three (3) or more days a week and will have a dedicated workspace when working onsite. Work location is subject to change based on business needs. Summary of the Job: Support data acquisition, analysis, and visualization for liquidity reporting and strategies. Monitor asset-liability management activities, including liquidity risk, commitments, collateral usage, and trends in deposits and loans. Develop an understanding of business lines and products to support key accountabilities. Manage documentation, procedures, key risk metrics, and the contingency funding plan program. Collaborate on ad-hoc analyses in response to business or regulatory changes. Key Accountabilities
Calculate, monitor and analyze liquidity metrics and forecasts to address daily, mid and long-term requirements. Maintain assumptions and calculations for all liquidity policy metrics Perform regular analysis and reporting for balance sheet activities, including but not limited to wholesale funding, deposits, loans, and collateral Maintain detailed documentation of processes, procedures, and change controls as necessary Monitor trends of uninsured and promotional deposit products Research regulatory guidance, proactively maintain compliance, and integrate regulatory recommendations as applicable with support of manager Contingency Funding Plan Program Execute standard scenarios Gather information related to timing, haircuts, and access assumptions for CFP Core team evaluation Coordinate with CFP Core team as needed to maintain preparedness Maintain accurate documentation and procedures Refresh data to report early warning indicators Manipulate large datasets through various programming languages or applications (SQL, Business Objects). Support data retrieval and explore automation opportunities Develop understanding of data limitations, structures, and tools Visualize data through various tools (Power BI, Excel, PowerPoint). Support department needs for interactive dashboards Collaborate with the team to ensure business needs and data limitations are addressed Communication Accountable for preparing OCC liquidity and FDIC reporting Work towards leading weekly liquidity meeting and quarterly CFP meeting Co-defend annual challenge session The Ideal Candidate for This Role:
Requirements Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, economics, MIS; or equivalent experience Demonstrates a basic understanding of financial and accounting principles, terminology, and concepts, along with familiarity with financial instruments commonly offered by banks. Advanced proficiency in programming languages and Microsoft applications, including Excel and Power BI Organizational skills for managing and meeting multiple reporting deadlines Ability to grasp complex information quickly and accurately Attention to detail Strong analytical and quantitative skills Ability to work collaboratively and effectively within a team environment Professionalism and Compliance Exhibit professional behavior and promote positive working relationships. Maintain regular and predictable attendance in alignment with departmental/divisional policy. Understand and comply with bank policy, laws, regulations, and the bank's BSA/AML Program, as applicable to your job duties. Complete compliance training and adhere to internal procedures and controls, as required Report any known violations of compliance policy, laws, or regulations Report any suspicious customer and/or account activity Candidates must possess unrestricted work authorization and not require future sponsorship. Compensation range (base pay): $62,047.00-$102,377.00 This role may have a specific starting pay within this range. Final compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon work experience, education, and/or skill level.
