Sr. Director for Oncology Global Market Access

This is an onsite role in Sleepy Hollow, NY for 4 days a week. The Sr. Director for Oncology Global Market Access is a key leadership role with the Global Oncology Market Access team and will be responsible for both Solid Tumor and Hematology products. As the Oncology lead, this individual will lead a team that plays a pivotal role in developing and executing global market access and evidence strategies for oncology assets across their lifecyclefrom late development to launch and beyond. This individual will ensure our products are positioned for success in a rapidly evolving and highly competitive oncology landscape, helping patients around the world gain timely and equitable access to innovative therapies. The Sr. Director will work very closely and cross-functionally with Clinical Development, Medical Affairs, Regulatory, Commercial, Pricing and Health Economics teams, and collaborate closely with the international market access team (ex-US markets) to align access strategy and execution needs. A Typical Day, You will: Lead Global Access Strategy Develop and own the global market access strategy for oncology products, aligning with clinical and commercial objectives. Be the voice for Access, actively engaging in appropriate forums, ensuring cross-functional alignment across access, pricing, RWE, and HEOR functions both at a global level and at regional levels. Drive early access planning, market-shaping activities, and launch readiness initiatives across major global markets (Including US) while working closely with the international market access team that has local representation Ex-US. Shape Evidence & Clinical Development Provide strategic input into clinical development plans, ensuring payer-relevant endpoints and populations are included in a timely manner. Oversee the development of value-based evidence messaging that incorporates but is not limited to including PROs, real-world evidence, cost-effectiveness, and burden of disease studies. Support early payer engagement and HTA interactions to align on evidentiary requirements and organizational approach to value of product Drive Value Communication Lead the creation of tailored global payer value propositions and value communication tools that are driven by customer insights and ensure appropriate uptake of product value across priority markets. Translate complex scientific and clinical data into compelling, credible narratives for payers, HTA agencies, and external stakeholders. Align Pricing & Reimbursement Strategy Partner with pricing colleagues to develop robust global pricing strategies. Explore and support innovative pricing models including value-based agreements and indication-based pricing strategies. Guide affiliates on their pricing corridors, launch sequencing, and risk mitigation. Enable Regional Execution & Alignment Foster strong collaboration with regional and local market access teams to ensure effective execution of global strategy. Map reimbursement pathways across geographies and stay ahead of oncology-specific access trends and policy shifts. Build strong partnerships with key stakeholders including payers, HTA bodies, and clinical leaders. To Be Considered for this role: 15+ years of experience

in pharmaceutical industry with 10+ years in global market access, pricing, or HEOR within the pharmaceutical, biotech, or healthcare consulting sectors. Deep expertise in oncology , including knowledge of access challenges for novel therapies, immunotherapies, rare disease and precision medicine. Strong understanding of global HTA systems, payer expectations, and real-world evidence generation. Launch experience

in highly competitive settings across EU4+UK would be preferred Experience contributing to clinical development strategy and global launch planning. Proven ability to lead cross-functional and cross-regional teams in a matrixed organization.
