Now Hiring: 2 Bilingual Call Center Representatives (Spanish-English)
On behalf of our client-a well-established utility services company-we're seeking two bilingual (Spanish-English) Call Center Representatives to support incoming and outgoing customer inquiries. Full-Time | Temp-to-Hire Pay Rate:
$19.57/hr + potential overtime during peak periods/month-end Industry:

Hybrid Work Schedule: Remote:
Mondays & Fridays (must have strong home Wi-Fi; equipment provided)
On-Site:
Tuesdays-Thursdays at the
Katy, TX office
or
Pinehurst/Magnolia, TX office , depending on space availability
Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Key Responsibilities:
Handle high-volume inbound and outbound calls in both English and Spanish
Assist customers with billing issues, service requests, and general account inquiries
Document all interactions and maintain accurate customer records
Provide empathetic, professional support-especially during escalated situations
Use internal systems to resolve or escalate service issues as needed
Consistently meet quality and performance metrics
Ideal Candidate Qualifications:
Fluent in Spanish and English
(verbal and written; language assessment required)
2-3 years of customer service experience (call center or utilities preferred)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills in both languages
Able to quickly learn and navigate multiple software platforms
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
Detail-oriented and able to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
Reliable transportation required
for on-site work
Willing to work
occasional overtime , especially during month-end
Must be open to reporting to either
Katy
or
Pinehurst/Magnolia, TX
office, depending on space
