New College Graduate Process Integration & Yield Engineer

As a New College Graduate (NCG) Process Integration & Yield Engineer, you will be part of a dynamic team responsible for driving yield improvement, process optimization, and defect reduction in advanced semiconductor manufacturing. This role offers hands-on experience in a high-tech fab environment, working cross-functionally with manufacturing, R&D, and quality teams to ensure product performance and reliability. Essential responsibilities include: Monitor and analyze semiconductor process and yield data to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for improvement. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Process, Equipment, Defect Engineering, and Product Engineering) to resolve yield and performance issues. Support process development and integration for new technology nodes and products. Conduct root cause analysis using statistical tools and data mining techniques. Develop and implement experiments (DOE) to optimize process conditions and improve yield. Document findings, present technical reports, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. Other responsibilities: Perform all activities in a safe and responsible manner and support all Environmental, Health, Safety & Security requirements and programs. Required qualifications: Bachelors in Electrical Engineering, Solid State Physics, Computer Science or related field from an accredited degree program. Must have at least an overall 3.0 GPA and proven good academic standing. Language fluency - English (written & verbal) Preferred qualifications: Internship or project experience in semiconductor manufacturing or process engineering. Experience in data automation and scripting with Python, R, SQL or JMP/JSL. Design, execution, and analysis of experiments. Project management skills - the ability to innovate and execute on solutions that matter; the ability to navigate ambiguity. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Strong planning & organizational skills. Expected salary range $54,200.00 - $110,300.00. The exact salary will be determined based on qualifications, experience, and location.
