Construction Laborer
The Production Team Member plays a pivotal role in the manufacturing of precast beams and hollow core product lines. Utilizing blueprints as a guide, this position involves measuring, marking, and building structural components. The team member follows instructions and pre-established guidelines to ensure company safety, quality, and productivity targets are met. Responsibilities
Assist in all aspects of manufacturing precast beams and hollow core products. Interpret blueprints to measure, mark, and build structural components. Adhere to safety, quality, and productivity targets. Work collaboratively within the production team. Essential Skills
Experience in construction and general production. Proficiency with hand tools and concrete construction. Ability to read and interpret blueprints and tape measures. Capability to lift 50-75lbs regularly. Comfortable working in all weather conditions. Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience with concrete forms and rebar. Ability to pass DT (5 panel w/THC) & Physical. Why Work Here?
