Associate Director, Business And Society Programs

The Associate Director, Business And Society Programs leads the design, delivery, and continuous improvement of high-impact MBA student-facing co-curricular programs focused on social entrepreneurship, ESG/impact investing, climate innovation, and the intersection of business and democracy. These areas are key interests for Booth's students and the Associate Director will be both managing the programs day-to-day, and looking for ways to innovate to meet student interest in co-curricular learning and in careers in these emerging fields. In this role, the Associate Director supports cross-campus collaborations, manages student-facing programs and competitions, and advances the Rustandy Center's strategic priorities. This is a hybrid position, based on the Hyde Park campus with regular travel to the Gleacher Center and occasional off-campus events. Responsibilities include overseeing and growing the suite of MBA student-facing ESG and impact investing co-curricular programs, managing the development and delivery of sustainability and climate-related programming, ensuring relevant linkage between social entrepreneurship and impact investing programs, supporting the development and execution of alumni programming, providing operational and logistical support for public programming initiatives, and contributing to strategic planning and development of new programming initiatives. Minimum qualifications include a college or university degree in a related field and 5-7 years of work experience in a related job discipline. Preferred qualifications include a bachelor's degree, a master's degree in a related discipline, proficiency in MS Office, and demonstrated organizational and time management skills with keen attention to detail.
