Automation Technician
We are seeking an Automation Technician to join our team at a Food & Beverage facility. The candidate will demonstrate proven experience in VFD, PLC, and robotic troubleshooting, as well as a solid understanding of industrial safety circuits and protocols. Mechanical aptitude is required, with experience in bearing replacement and sprocket alignment. The ideal candidate will be mechanically inclined and experienced in handling electrical systems, particularly 220v and 3-phase 480v. Essential Skills
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on production equipment, including conveyors, motors, and robotic systems. Troubleshoot and repair VFDs, PLCs (basic level), and robotic systems to minimize downtime. Maintain and repair conveyor systems, including bearing replacement and sprocket alignment. Diagnose and resolve issues related to industrial safety circuits and motor controls. Ensure all maintenance activities comply with safety protocols and industry standards.
