General Production Worker
As a General Production Worker, you will be responsible for pulling, packing, and loading products onto pallets. You will monitor quality and stack orders based on daily requirements. This role requires comfort in lifting up to 25 lbs repetitively, possessing high attention to detail, and being comfortable with inventory counting. You will be standing for more than 10 hours a day. Experience in warehouse, production, or general labor. Skill in picking and packing. Knowledge of palletizing and packaging. Ability to use an RF scanner. Experience with inventory management. Additional Skills & Qualifications

Shifts are available from 7AM to 3:30PM or 3:30PM to 12AM, with extended hours requiring 10-hour workdays. The facility is non-climate controlled but not excessively hot. Dress code includes no steel toes, adherence to GMP guidelines, and wearing hairnets or beard coverings in specific areas. Jewelry is limited to medical alerts and plain wedding bands. No false eyelashes, false nails, body glitter, or exposed nail polish allowed. Fragrances such as perfumes and after-shave are not permitted in the facility. Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of La Vergne, Tennessee. Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $19.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
