Administrative Assistant
NeuroRestorative, a part of the Sevita family, provides rehabilitation services for people of all ages with brain, spinal cord and medically complex injuries, illnesses and other challenges. In a variety of locations and community-based settings, we offer a range of programs, including vocational and therapy programs, day treatments, and specialized services for infants, children, adolescents, Military Service Members and Veterans. In this role, your tasks will be diversified and you will be supporting our mission. Support multiple managers, supervisors, or staff with daily administrative duties including daily schedules, maintain calendars, handling information requests, and keeping office tidy! Check in clients for their appointments and follow up with clients that did not show for scheduled appointments. Set up and schedule transportation via web application, phone calls and emails. Notify staff of client scheduled appointments. Distribute staff schedules. Receive phone calls and take messages for supervisors and staff. Collect and allocate co-pay and collect unpaid account balances from clients. Ensure adequate inventory of office supplies and basic maintenance of office equipment. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent. Two years' experience in administrative support. Experience with utilizing Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines. Effective communication skills to manage relationships with vendors and employees.
