Industrial Maintenance Electrician
We're hiring a skilled and reliable Industrial Maintenance Technician to support our facility's operations. This role is essential to keeping our equipment running efficiently and safely. If you have a strong mechanical and electrical experience and thrive in a fast-paced industrial environment, we'd love to have you on our team. Key Responsibilities
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on industrial machinery and systems. Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues. Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals. Respond quickly to equipment breakdowns to minimize downtime. Maintain detailed maintenance records and logs. Assist with equipment installations and upgrades. Work closely with production and engineering teams to improve equipment reliability. Follow all safety protocols and ensure compliance with OSHA and company standards. Qualifications
High school diploma or GED required; technical certification or associate degree preferred. Minimum 2 years of experience in industrial maintenance or a related field. Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, motors, conveyors, pumps, and gearboxes. Familiarity with PLCs, VFDs, and basic electrical troubleshooting. Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime and weekends. What We Offer
