Administrative Support Assistant

Catholic Community Connection (CCC) is a collaborative organization of Catholic health care, senior living, education and social service ministries in the Diocese of Cleveland. The Administrative Assistant provides professional coordination and service for the office of the President and CCC staff. The position reports directly to the President. Essential Functions - Role and Responsibility: Provide administrative support to the President Responsible for/assist in the preparation, production and distribution of correspondence and documentation related to meetings, minutes, memos, and agendas Ensure all appropriate technology set-ups are arranged for meetings Ensure accurate recordkeeping (paper and electronic) of all corporate documents, records, and policies and procedures Maintain financial records, ensure invoices and other bills are reviewed, sent, and paid Provide customer support (phone/email correspondence) to affiliated organizations: facilitate responses to inquiries from customers regarding additional services and accounts receivables, ensuring client satisfaction. Assist with preparation and distribution of informational and marketing materials/folders Prepare and coordinate logistics of special events, exhibits, and programs as assigned Order office supplies as needed; assist with mailings Other duties as assigned Qualifications: Ability to understand and support the mission of Catholic Community Connection Ability to work collaboratively, and work with other staff members, internal and external relationships Associates or bachelor degree preferred; 2-5 years equivalent work experience Ability to maintain confidentiality Adaptability, flexibility, and ability to multi-task Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail with ability to prioritize Ability to compose correspondence and reports, with proficiency in proofreading Experience with MS Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and other standard computer programs (Adobe reader, writer) Ability to use modern technology (e.g., conference calls, including video conferencing) to support office functions with a willingness to learn as new technologies develop
