Inside Sales / Receptionist
Generator Supercenter is looking for a dual position results-driven Inside Sales / Receptionist to work in our main call center, front office, actively seeking out customers and engaging with our customer prospects. For this position, you should be an organized, responsible, and professional individual to join our growing organization. In this dual position, it is essential that you dress business casual, have excellent communication skills, strong interpersonal skills, and great people person skills. Additionally, you should have a basic understanding of computer software and experience handling customers and their inquiries. You will answer, direct, transfer or forward telephone calls, perform miscellaneous clerical tasks, and help keep main areas tidy. Other duties will include assisting the office staff with organizing sales files, preparing potential customer questionnaires, and generally helping keep the visitor areas running smoothly. Position Tasks & Responsibilities: Inside Sales Developing new sales opportunities using outbound lists from various CRM systems, emails, and lead follow-ups. Communicating with customers to understand their needs and requirements and identify sales opportunities. Proper phone etiquette. Answering customers' questions, resolving their concerns, and providing additional information via calls and emails. Explaining and demonstrating the functions and features of products and services. Maintaining and improving the database of prospects and researching new leads. Keeping up to date with product and service information and competitor offers. Excellent customer service skills and computer literacy skills. Tend to high volume of calls. Basic understanding of Microsoft (Excel/Outlook/Word). Monday
Friday, hours are from 8-5 or 9-6. Occasional Saturdays as needed. Competitive Pay: Hourly + Commission D.O.E. Availability for growth. Receptionist Notify personnel of waiting guests/visitors when necessary. Update office wide calendars and spreadsheets when needed. Help manage office supply inventory. Check for incoming mail at box twice daily (morning & afternoon). Help sales team maintain or update sales files. Update existing customer information. Document incoming calls/information as needed. Maintain reception, conference room, kitchen and bathroom areas clean Competencies & Requirements: Highly motivated and target driven. Excellent selling, communication, and negotiation skills Prioritizing, time management, and organizational skills, be attentive to details. Relationship management skills and openness to feedback Keep front desk tidy and presentable with all necessary material (pens, forms, paper etc.) Greet and welcome visitors. Good customer service, be a friendly people person. Listening, verbal and written communication skills. Good judgment, adaptability and teamwork. Stress tolerance and resilience.
