The scope of the role includes, but is not limited to: Development and implementation of analytics to drive business growth and deliver on financial commitments. Build and lead a team of onshore/offshore analysts to drive the CRS Balcon and Rate Sale programs. Lead development of full suite of analytical tools to identify growth recommendations for CRS Balcon and Rate Sale programs with a prioritization engine to identify and execute projects. Collaborate and influence business partners to implement strategies capitalizing on opportunities identified through analytical insights. Lead test agenda to continuously learn and drive innovations; build strong cross-functional working relationships. Be accountable for audit and control requirements; understand regulatory implications and develop mitigation/opportunity strategies. Qualifications: 10+ years of financial services experience, with a deep expertise in the wealth business, sales force management and data analysis; strong project management skills to lead large cross-functional initiatives. Outstanding interpersonal relationship building skills and ability to communicate complex subjects in concise simple language; exhibit exceptional influencing skills to drive alignment and successful outcomes. Highly intuitive financial acumen, deep analytical expertise in statistical modeling with a focus on innovation using big data/machine learning and data-driven analysis. Problem solving skills with a passion to drive analytical innovation. Business expertise required includes in-depth understanding of the wealth management business models in the industry. A track record of being a thought leader and able to effectively manage a large team of professionals to drive business growth, while also being a team player and can build/maintain relationships across functional lines of business with which this role shares responsibilities. Education: Bachelor's Degree required/Graduate Degree preferred
