Spanish Mobilization Administrator

The Spanish Mobilization Administrator is a critical role supporting the Spanish Mobilization Area Leader and the Spanish Mobilization team in Houston. Reporting directly to the Spanish Mobilization Area Leader, this position requires a highly organized, proactive, clear communicator who is committed to advancing the organization's vision to mobilize churches to develop laborers and leaders who multiply healthy churches among unreached people. As an Administrator, you will be handling various tasks to streamline Spanish Mobilization work and communications. You will provide personalized assistance, ensuring smooth operations and effective communication. Your responsibilities will range from managing projects, schedules and correspondence to organizing meetings. Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Administrative Operations Coordinate and maintain team schedules, including mobilization hub intensives, training sessions, and mobilizer coaching appointments Manage project timelines for mobilization initiatives, tracking progress on mobilizer development and church partnership goals Organize and facilitate team meetings, preparing agendas and documenting action items that align with Launch Global's mobilization strategy Contact and Relationship Management Maintain comprehensive database of church contacts, mobilizers, potential goers, and ministry partners across Spanish-speaking regions Track engagement levels and follow-up communications with churches participating in Mission of God, Xplore, and Perspectives programs Coordinate communication between mobilizer coaches and their assigned mobilizers, ensuring consistent support and development Data Collection and Reporting Gather and analyze statistics on mobilization pipeline progress, including numbers entering 10-week disciple making teams and 9-month Goer groups Track church partnerships and mobilizer placement within Spanish-speaking congregations Prepare regular reports on team progress toward the 2034 goal of mobilizing healthy leaders and laborers Communications and Content Development Create and revise promotional materials for mobilization programs, ensuring cultural and linguistic appropriateness for Spanish-speaking audiences Develop training resources and administrative materials that support the 8-week mobilization hub intensives Maintain consistent messaging that reflects Launch Global's core values and biblical foundation across all communications Skills and Abilities
