Support the Project Manager in planning, coordinating, and executing construction projects from start to finish. Assist in developing and maintaining project schedules, budgets, and progress reports. Coordinate communication between clients, contractors, architects, and internal teams. Review project documents, drawings, and specifications for accuracy and compliance. Track and manage submittals, RFIs, change orders, and other project documentation. Monitor on-site activities to ensure quality standards, safety protocols, and project timelines are met. Help identify and resolve issues that could impact cost, schedule, or quality. Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items. Maintain organized project files and documentation for internal and client reference. Support procurement of materials and services by assisting with bids, proposals, and vendor coordination. Have knowledge in building ground up projects - preferably in hospitality or multifamily projects. Prior experience working with a General Contractor. Be highly organized and detail-oriented, with strong time management skills. Thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities. Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, contractors, and internal teams. Take a proactive approach to identifying and solving problems before they impact the project. Work effectively under the direction of a Project Manager while showing initiative when needed. Adapt easily to changing project requirements and timelines. Demonstrate a commitment to delivering high-quality work on time and within budget. What's on Offer
