Key Responsibilities for Construction Project Manager - Multifamily: Lead day-to-day operations on large multifamily projects ($50M+) Coordinate with preconstruction, field teams, subcontractors, and clients Manage project budgets, schedules, RFIs, submittals, and change orders Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards Foster collaboration among cross-functional teams and project stakeholders MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law. A successful Construction Project Manager - Multifamily: 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager with a general contractor Proven experience managing ground-up multifamily building and construction Proficiency in Procore, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Project or similar platforms Strong communication and organizational skills Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field preferred What's on Offer
