HiFyve is hiring an experienced Tool & Die Maker in the manufacturing industry Location: St. Paul, Minnesota Pay: $25.00 - $32.00 per hour Schedule: Monday to Friday, Day ShiftJob Duties and ResponsibilitiesBuild, assemble, try out, and debug metal stamping dies, including:Progressive diesForm diesCompound diesStage tooling and fixturingTroubleshoot and adjust dies to meet performance and quality standardsOperate surface grinders, manual mills, lathes, and drill pressesRead and interpret detailed engineering drawings and specificationsMaintain a high level of precision while working with tight tolerancesWork collaboratively in a team-based environmentMinimum RequirementsAt least 6 years of hands-on experience as a Tool & Die MakerStrong background in metal stamping and die manufacturing processesProficient in operating manual machine toolsExcellent attention to detail and craftsmanshipAbility to work independently and meet project deadlinesMust be able to read blueprints and technical documentationWork EnvironmentIn-person role at a manufacturing facility in St. Paul, MNTeam-oriented setting with a focus on quality and efficiencyOpportunity to work on complex, high-precision tooling
