Modular Construction Manufacturing Site Are you a seasoned QA/QC Inspector with a passion for efficiency and innovation? Join our team as a QA/QC Inspector at our new modular construction manufacturing site! This is a high-impact role where you will oversee overall quality and assurance programs and standards for our MEP fabricated modulars. Why Join Us? What you'll do: Key Responsibilities: Ensure adherence to standards: Conduct inspections and evaluations to confirm that Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems and related materials meet required codes, specifications, and quality standards. Data Collection: Record inspection results, measurements, and observations. Documentation: Maintain detailed records of all quality control activities, including inspections and testing. Document results, including non-compliance issues, with reports and photographs. Review: Review submittals, drawings, design documents, and operations/maintenance manuals for quality and conformance. Inspections: Conduct inspections of mechanical and/or electrical systems and materials to identify defects and ensure compliance. Training: Assist in training others in quality standards, procedures, and best practices. What you'll need to be successful: Technical Skills: Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, inspection techniques, and quality control methodologies. Analytical Skills: Ability to interpret technical drawings, specifications, and inspection data. Proficiency in Measurement Tools: Experience using calipers, micrometers, gauges, and other measurement instruments. Quality Focus: Ability to identify defects and a commitment to high-quality construction standards. Strong regard for quality assurance according to company standards. Communication & Collaboration: Excellent communication and organizational skills, along with the ability to collaborate and function well within a team. Computer Skills: Ability to operate electronic inspection software and other computer-related tasks. What you bring to the table: Experience: 5+ years in Electrical or Mechanical inspection, or 10+ years in manufacturing inspection. Education: A bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent manufacturing experience is preferred.
