Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner Provide product and service information to customers Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately Resolve customer issues by investigating problems and providing solutions Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and resolution of issues Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education is a plus Proven experience in customer service or a related field Strong verbal and written communication skills Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively Proficiency in using customer service software and Microsoft Office Suite Empathy and patience when dealing with customers Benefits
