Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a friendly and professional manner. Handle outbound calls for follow-ups or customer satisfaction checks to ensure service quality. Troubleshoot customer issues and provide effective solutions in a timely manner. Maintain accurate records of interactions with customers, including details of inquiries and resolutions. Collaborate with team members and other departments to resolve complex customer issues. Meet or exceed performance goals, including call handling time, customer satisfaction, and resolution rate. Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in a related field is a plus. Proven experience in a customer service or call center role is preferred. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a strong command of the English language. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet when dealing with customer issues. Familiarity with call center technology and software, including CRM systems, is advantageous. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism and composure. Benefits
