Perform a wide range of secretarial, administrative, and accounting duties. Oversee daily accounting functions, including invoice processing, expense tracking, reconciliations, and maintaining up-to-date financial records. Assist with budget tracking and preparation of financial reports. Provide professional customer service and reception support to visitors. Manage incoming phone calls and emails, ensuring efficient and accurate responses. Handle the sending and receiving of official correspondence and documents. Organize and coordinate agendas, meetings, events, and travel arrangements. Draft, type, and format letters, reports, and other communications. Maintain and organize files, records, and documentation for both administrative and accounting purposes. Update and manage databases to ensure accuracy and completeness of information. Previous experience in administrative and accounting roles, preferably in a similar environment. Strong understanding of basic accounting principles and bookkeeping practices. Proficiency in accounting software, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Office Suite. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities. High level of attention to detail and accuracy in both administrative and financial tasks. Professional communication skills and customer service orientation.
