The posted compensation range of $43.37 - $49.04/hour is a reasonable estimate that extends from the lowest to the highest pay CommonSpirit in good faith believes it might pay for this particular job, based on the circumstances at the time of posting. Under the supervision of the Rehabilitation Supervisor/ Rehab Coordinator, and under the work direction of the Occupational Therapist, the incumbent implements individual patient treatment programs developed by the Occupational Therapist.
