Overnight Front Desk Supervisor
The Four Seasons Resort O'ahu at Ko Olina is looking for an Overnight Front Desk Supervisor who has a passion for excellence and the spirit of aloha. Is the direct supervisor of the Front Desk during the overnight shift. Responds to a wide variety of guest requests by accurately assessing the guest needs and requests and then adding personal recommendations and touches to achieve maximum guest satisfaction while complying with all Four Seasons' policies. Resolves guest concerns and interacts with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism, accommodating special requests whenever possible. Frequently tours the hotel and monitors activities of all other departments to assure that standards are being met, staff is being supported and guest needs are fulfilled. Reviews late arrivals, next day early arrivals and departures to plan for the next day's activities, in addition to facilitating billing requirements. Audits room blocks and address any discrepancies. Prepares proper handling of special attention guests, return guest, groups, etc. Responds properly in any resort emergency or safety situation. Works harmoniously with co-workers and supervisors. Preferred Qualifications and Skills
