Link's 10-week paid summer internship program helps students gain valuable experience and develop business skills while learning the basics of logistics real estate. We offer internships in over 15 departments including Capital Markets, Construction, Corporate Communications, Development, Financial Planning & Analysis, Investments, IT, Asset Management, Property Management and more. Link is looking for actively enrolled juniors (rising seniors) who would be interested in combining customer service and analytical skills to support the property management team as they deliver high-level customer satisfaction. Interns will learn about property management and how our team oversees the health of our portfolio. What You Will Bring:
Support our Property Managers through various responsibilities such as preparing and sending correspondence on behalf of Property Manager, entering work orders and purchase orders, drafting and uploading accurate service contracts Provide team-level support alongside property managers and associate property managers through accurate and timely execution of administrative and clerical tasks Support data gathering alongside the Property Managers to support coordination of building access, collection and filing of documentation and monitoring of data Collaborate with internal compliance team to oversee Insurance/Risk Management in the collection and validation of insurance certificates for both customers and vendors Collaborate with Construction Management and Asset Management alongside the Property Managers for various responsibilities related to the asset or customers Qualifications:
Current junior (rising senior) undergraduate student at an accredited four-year institution Pursuing a degree in finance, real estate, business management, communication, sales or related field Exceptional knowledge of MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel Ability to communicate effectively and build strong relationships with numerous people, both inside and outside the organization Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Self-motivation, determination, accountability, and initiative in a team environment Ability to multi-task effectively in a fast-paced work environment while managing competing deadlines Reliable transportation required for travel to various property sites Must be actively enrolled for consideration of internship $30/hour represents the presently anticipated base compensation pay range for this position at Link.
