Position Overview:
A healthcare organization is seeking a
Bilingual Call Center Representative
to provide patient scheduling and customer service support in a fast-paced medical environment. This role is fully onsite at one of several hospital locations and requires intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills, call center experience, and familiarity with payroll timekeeping processes.
Work Location
Onsite at one of the following facilities in New York City: Bellevue Lincoln Elmhurst Jacobi Metropolitan Key Responsibilities
Schedule and reschedule clinic appointments, including sending reminder calls to patients. Answer patient inquiries regarding clinic appointments and related services. Operate phone systems, in-house communication tools, pagers, and make overhead announcements as needed. Provide exceptional customer service while maintaining professionalism. Perform additional duties as assigned. Required Skills & Experience
Minimum 1 year of call center experience in a healthcare or hospital setting. Bilingual fluency (language depends on facility requirements). Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook. Experience with payroll timekeeping in a call center environment. Strong phone communication skills and computer literacy. Education
High School Diploma or GED required.
