Fpa Senior Manager
Job Summary Our Digital Innovation Finance team is seeking a Senior Manager with strong financial modeling, problem solving, and analytical skills who will play a pivotal role in supporting the Digital & Innovation Office (DIO) to drive innovation as well as financial and operational efficiencies. The Senior Manager will support the core areas of DIO FP&A including but not limited to: Consolidation of annual budgets, monthly forecasts, quarterly guidance and long-term strategic financial planning Oversee project financials including capitalization of internal labor, ensuring accurate accounting treatment and compliance, provide ongoing reporting, variance analysis, and insights on project level financial performance Support business case modeling for technology investments by building detailed financial models, analyzing ROI and payback periods, and assessing operational and strategic tradeoffs, partner with business stakeholders to validate key assumptions and ensure alignment with budgeting and long-term planning objectives Responsibilities Lead consolidation activities for CDIO annual budgets, quarterly forecasting process, and monthly cost reporting processes & deliverables Prepare and deliver high quality presentation and reporting materials for executive leadership and business partners Key business partner to the Office of the CDIO, COO, and innovation office to drive forecast accuracy and deliver actionable insights Coordinate and lead financial review meetings, while owning and tracking budget targets and performance metrics across regions to drive actionable financial insights and accountability Lead project level financial reporting, variance analysis and financial insights ensuring accurate capitalization of internal labor costs Perform business case modelling to evaluate new technology initiatives and investments, including building financial models to assess total cost of ownership and other key financial metrics Perform rigorous quality controls, accuracy checks, and review cadences across all DIO deliverables Collaborate with Controllership, Corporate, other FP&A Finance teams, and cross functional teams to support budgeting, forecasting and long term planning Lead process alignment and implement process automation opportunities for scaling operational effectiveness Respond proactively to ad hoc and executive-level finance requests Qualifications Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance or accounting (CFA, MBA preferred) 7+ years of progressive experience in corporate FP&A or top management consulting firm or investment bank with projects focused on the technology sector Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and ability to interpret complex datasets Expert level Microsoft Excel, financial modelling, and data visualization capabilities Experience supporting digital transformation, IT infrastructure or enterprise technology functions, particularly within a global or SaaS driven organization is highly preferred Experience with scenario planning, financial automation tools, and leading process optimization initiatives Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with senior leadership and cross-functional teams Excellent time management skills, capable of prioritizing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
