$20.00/hr (top candidates may start at $20/hr) OT: Must be willing to work 810 hours of overtime per week as needed Selling Points about Forklift/Shipping Operator: Temp-to-hire opportunity with potential for permanent employment Overtime available for additional earning potential Once permanent: 100% premiums paid for medical, dental, and vision; 10 paid holidays, 5 sick days, 3 personal days, and 2 weeks paid vacation after one year Forklift/Shipping Operator Job Description: Operate a two-prong swivel stick forklift and support shipping and receiving tasks, including: Container setup in receiving at shift start Verification and put-away of freight using RF scanner Unloading palletized freight when necessary Picking orders for customer pickup This role requires attention to detail, the ability to work independently, and flexibility for overtime as needed.
