Description:
The School Based Mental Health Specialist provides mental health case management and prevention services to children and families in the Clermont County school district. The mental health specialist will develop connections with the principals, teachers, students and parents to develop rapport and provided quality services.
School Based Case Manager primary responsibilities:
Provide individual and group behavioral health and SUD services for youth. Primarily will provide services in schools, but some visits will occur in the homes and community setting. Create and maintain Individual Treatment Plans with clients and their families. Link clients with community resources and effectively collaborate with school or community professionals.

Location:
West Clermont Middle School (3 days) and Grant Career Center (2 days.)
Required Degree:
Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Social Work, or related degree
License Preferred : LSW/CDCA, OCPSA, OCPS, OCPC
Hours:
40 hours
