Job Description Job Title: Hospice Clinical Director Profession: RN Specialty: Hospice Duration: 8 weeks Shift: 8 AM - 5 PM Hours per Shift: 8 Experience: Minimum 4 years of Hospice RN experience and some years of Director experience License: RN License required Certifications: BLS required and seasonal flu vaccine (must comply with flu vaccine requirement) Must-Have: Experience in home-based hospice, not inpatient
Description: Looking for an experienced Hospice Clinical Director. Current census is 43 patients. Charting will be done using Netsmart. On-call responsibilities are 1 to 2 times per week. The RN and LPN alternate between being on-call once and twice per week. In addition to on-call rates, compensation will be provided for home visits resulting from on-call duties. Staff receives a stipend for mileage reimbursement every two weeks. Housing options are abundant in the area. Interviews are typically conducted over the phone with the Clinical Director and Operations contact. Scheduling for interviews is preferred in advance.
