Expertly set up and operate advanced CNC milling and turning machines. Masterfully interpret detailed blueprints and apply GD&T specifications. Ensure precision in machine setups, including tooling and program edits. Maintain meticulous part tolerances and superior surface finishes. Conduct thorough in-process inspections using specialized measurement tools. Efficiently monitor machining processes, ensuring quality and performance. Why You’ll Succeed:
Over two years of immersive CNC machining experience, focusing on milling and turning. Exceptional skills in reading blueprints and setting up machines. A strong grasp of geometric dimensioning and precision measurement tools. Experience dealing with tight-tolerance projects within fields like aerospace or medical.
