Are you a detail-oriented expert with a knack for operating Mori Seiki Lathes? At TekPro Engineering, we are in search of professionals like you who excel in technical proficiency and high-precision manufacturing. Your Role and Impact:
Execute programming and operational procedures on Mori Seiki CNC Lathes to produce exacting components. Translate and apply engineering drawings and schematics. Perform adjustments for machines to achieve excellent quality and effective output. Engage in maintenance, along with troubleshooting of CNC technologies. Verify component quality through meticulous use of precision instruments like micrometers and calipers. Record detailed production logs and adhere to all safety protocols. Work alongside engineers and production staff to refine machining practices. Skills and Experience:
Substantial experience operating Mori Seiki Lathes as a CNC Machinist. Expertise in interpreting technical diagrams and Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing. Knowledge in G-code programming and supporting CAD/CAM software is an asset. Demonstrated mechanical insight and effective problem-solving techniques. Able to thrive solo or collaboratively in dynamic settings. Possess at least a high school qualification; further CNC machining education is advantageous. Why Be a Part of TekPro?
