$32.00/hr – $34.00/hr W2 Job Description: Manage and coordinate multiple POS (Point of Sale) workstreams within a fast-paced retail environment, supporting rollout efforts from lab and pilot stores to full-scale deployment across multiple brands. This role will involve troubleshooting, testing, and working closely with IT and business teams to ensure successful implementation. Day-to-Day Responsibilities: Manage workstreams related to POS application rollout, including mobile, wireless, and self-checkout systems. Investigate and troubleshoot issues in lab settings and pilot stores to determine next steps. Use ServiceNow and JIRA for task tracking, reporting, and workflow management. Conduct smoke testing and exploratory testing (higher-level, beyond standard QA). Support new POS system rollout — currently in pilot at 2 Food Lion stores — with plans to expand to 5 brands. Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to align on deployment strategy and priorities. Operate independently, driving tasks to completion with minimal supervision. Requirements: Must-Haves: 3–5 years of POS experience (restaurant, retail, grocery, gas, etc.). POS application experience within mobile, wireless, and/or self-checkout. Knowledge of scripting. Experience using JIRA or similar tools. Nice-to-Haves: Client POS product experience (POS 1.0 or Emerald 1.0). Large-scale retail or multi-brand POS deployment background.
