Join Us as Insights Director, Customer Success in Chicago

SUMMARY: To establish and maintain client relationships to ensure business growth.

Duties and Responsibilities: • Plan, manage and moderate qualitative research including ethnographies, shop-alongs. IDIs, bulletin boards, focus groups both in person and online. • Translate research into actionable outcomes and opportunities. • Prepare and present qualitative research findings to clients via thoughtful, clear and succinct, story driven research reports that provide actionable insights. • Develop and maintain client relationships with current and prospective research clients. • Have the ability to deliver concise and thought-provoking research proposals. • Lead and mentor support team. • Work closely with Behaviorally quantitative team, ensuring qualitative insights are shared and integrated into client deliverables.

Skills and Experience: • 6+ years of market research experience. • Bachelor’s degree. • Ability to manage multiple projects. • A flair for building and nurturing relationships with clients and internal stakeholders. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Ability to think creatively and strategically. • Strong detail-orientation with ability to manage multiple work streams. • Natural curiosity, highly motivated and comfort with ambiguity.
