Warehouse Manager
Warehouse manager is responsible for managing a new warehouse location (3CC) for Glovis EV Logistics America. This role will be responsible for building customer relationship, negotiating contracts with new customers, establishing standard operations procedures and optimizing operations to improve productivity. Responsibilities : Customer relationship management for Korean auto parts manufacturers. Review and negotiate customer
contracts/establish
new businesses/renew or terminate contracts. Review and negotiate contracts with subcontractors. Oversee day-to-day operations and ensure policies and procedures are carried out to achieve business objectives. Communicate with customers, team members and contractors to ensure smooth operations and timely fulfillment of orders. Establish warehouse standard operating procedures and continuously improve processes. Optimize warehouse layout and workflows to improve productivity. Maintain accurate inventory records and investigate cause of inventory discrepancies. Analyze cost and profit to develop strategies for optimizing operations and minimizing waste. Implement and enforce safety policies to create a safe working environment. Conduct third-party performance review to evaluate contractor's ability to deliver the quality and ability required for Glovis operations. Required Qualifications : Language: (English/Korean Bilingual) 7-10 Years of Direct job experience. Field of Experience: Logistics operations, Supply chain management, warehouse operations Exceptional communication, critical thinking, planning, and organizational skills. Experience with WMS or similar inventory management systems. Detailed knowledge and experience with general business application programs, including Microsoft Office. Preferred Qualifications : Bachelor's Degree 8-13 Years of Direct job experience. Field of Experience: Logistics operations, Supply chain management, warehouse operations in the automotive industry.

The salary range information provided is in accordance with applicable state and local laws regarding salary transparency that are currently in effect and may be implemented in the future.
