Generous Employee Product Purchase discount. What You Do Sew upholstery components, including panels, covers, and decorative elements, according to assigned order schedules. Operate and maintain industrial sewing machines, including changing feet, folders, threading spools, and bobbins. Inspect completed upholstery work for quality, accuracy, and craftsmanship. Assist in assembling upholstery pieces with other production staff as needed. Keep work area clean, organized, and free of debris; take out trash during repair week. Rotate to other sewing stations and upholstery tasks as needed to meet production demands. Follow safety guidelines and promptly report equipment issues to supervisors. What You Bring High school diploma or equivalent preferred. At least 2-3 years of sewing experience required. Ability to read documentation and translate that information into a finished product. Exceptional hand-eye coordination and detail-oriented. Good attendance and demonstrated work ethic required.
