A-Level Automotive Technician Gas & Diesel Experience Required $30.00 - $40.00 Per Hour (Depending on Experience) Production Monthly Bonus Pay! Charlotte, NC About the Role If you live and breathe cars (and maybe dream about diagnostic charts), this is the role for you. This shop is on the hunt for an A-Level Technician who can tackle both auto and light-duty diesel work, with a specialty in gasoline engines. From tricky electrical gremlins to a good old-fashioned R&R, you'll be the go-to problem solver keeping customers safely on the road. repair facility — meaning you'll be part of an elite group recognized for meeting the highest standards in training, equipment, and customer service. The facility has four bays, four lifts, two flat bays, and a portable lift, plus a Hoffman alignment rack. It's equipped with OE Ford and OE Isuzu scan tools, JPro, Topdon, NAPA TRACS, and AutoVitals — so you'll have what you need to get the job done right. The work mix is 90% domestic, 10% Asian imports, and light-duty diesel (NPRs, F650's) without diving too deep into heavy-duty territory. The Schedule Monday–Tuesday: 8:00 am – 5:00 pm

Wednesday–Friday: 8:00 am – 4:00 pm Weekends? Yours to enjoy.

What's in It for You Hourly pay: $30–$40

Production Bonus pay: Earn $15.00 at 40 flagged hours for every hour flagged / turned over 40 (paid monthly, just in case it is a slower week)

Annual earning potential: $100K+

What We're Looking For 8+ years of hands-on experience (auto + light-duty diesel, heavier on the auto side)

Strong diagnostic skills — you don't just swap parts; you solve puzzles

Solid R&R abilities and attention to detail

ASE certifications a plus (but not a deal breaker)

State inspection license preferred (we can help you get it)
