We are the leading sign manufacturer specializing in high-quality custom signage, including ADA-compliant signs, vinyl graphics, and large-format prints. Our team takes pride in precision craftsmanship, creative problem-solving, and exceeding customer expectations. Position Overview: We're looking for a Vinyl Applicator & ADA Laser Operator to join our production team and help create signage that is not only beautiful but accessible. This position is responsible for applying vinyl graphics and operating laser engraving equipment to produce custom signs, including ADA-compliant signage. The role requires precision, craftsmanship, and an understanding of ADA sign manufacturing requirements, including tactile lettering, Braille application, and contrast standards. Key Responsibilities: Apply vinyl graphics, decals, and wraps to various substrates (acrylic, metal, glass, wood, etc.). Operate and maintain laser engraving and cutting equipment for both standard and ADA-compliant signage. Produce tactile lettering and Grade 2 Braille per ADA specifications. Read and interpret work orders, proofs, and design files. Prepare and clean substrates prior to vinyl application or engraving. Weed, mask, and transfer vinyl designs with precision. Ensure accuracy, quality, and compliance with ADA standards for signage. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors. Follow all safety guidelines and company procedures. Qualifications: Previous experience in vinyl application, sign making, or ADA signage production preferred. Experience with laser engraving machines is a plus. Knowledge of CAD, vector-based, or sign-making software preferred. Familiarity with ADA signage requirements, including tactile lettering height, Braille placement, and contrast ratios, is strongly preferred. Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines. What We Offer: Competitive pay based on experience.
