We are seeking an experienced and driven Production Manager to oversee daily operations in our sign manufacturing facility. This role ensures projects move efficiently from design through fabrication, assembly, and into installation while maintaining high quality, safety, and customer satisfaction. The Production Manager will lead a team of fabricators, industrial painters, vinyl applicators, and laser/ADA signage operators, to meet production deadlines and deliver exceptional results. Key Responsibilities:

Oversee all aspects of sign production, including layout, printing, vinyl application, fabrication, painting, laser engraving, routing, and assembly. Manage scheduling and workflow to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget. Supervise, train, and develop production staff to maintain high performance and craftsmanship. Monitor quality control standards across all stages of production. Coordinate with project managers, sales, and design teams to ensure job specifications are met. Maintain equipment, tools, and materials, ensuring proper upkeep and inventory levels. Implement and enforce workplace safety protocols and OSHA compliance. Drive continuous improvement in efficiency, productivity, and lean manufacturing practices. Track production metrics and prepare reports for leadership. Qualifications:

3+ years of experience in production management or supervisory role within sign manufacturing or a related industry. Strong knowledge of sign production methods (large-format printing, CNC routing, ADA signage, vinyl application, fabrication, etc.). Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency with production scheduling and workflow management tools. Strong understanding of safety practices and quality control standards. Preferred Skills:

Experience with software such as Adobe Illustrator, CAD, or RIP software. Familiarity with signage and installation requirements. Lean manufacturing or Six Sigma background. Compensation & Benefits:
