Job ID: # S2LCFD Location: Foster City, CA Duration: 1 year (with possible extension) Candidates should be able to diagnose, configure, and install common applications and install/remove desktop PCs and monitors. Provide remote O365 support on workstations and mobile devices. Perform basic Deskside Services to include install, move, add, changes (IMAC), build, and configuration, following provided scripts. Perform software support for low complexity problems/issues on Buyer or Customer personal computers. Provide Customer assistance with problem identification and resolution at the Customer’s place of business for hardware or platform related issues. Provide Deskside Support (software break/fix support or related tasks) on limited complexity problems for platforms having Windows (current – 4 generations of Windows Operating Systems) or Apple current OS. Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and other common software applications is required.
