Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to ensure accurate part specifications. Ability to Set Up, progran abd CNC mills and lathes Conduct routine maintenance on machinery to ensure proper functioning and minimize downtime. Collaborate with team members to improve processes and troubleshoot any issues that arise. Maintain a clean and organized work environment in compliance with safety regulations. Ability to indentify and troubleshoot Qualifications
Proven experience in plastic extrusion and injection molding Strong background in mold setup. Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings accurately. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team-oriented environment. High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification in machining or related field is a plus. Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes. Ability to verify dimensions using measuring instruments including Calipers, dial indicators, gage blocl and micrometrs Strong Math and reasoning skills CAD/CAM Programming of CNC Experninece is a plus You should be proficient in: Plastic Extrusion Experience Injection Molding Experience Thermoforming Experience Tool/Die/Mold Setup Experience Blueprint Reading
