POSITION OVERVIEW: FRONT OF HOUSE (FOH) TEAM MEMBER As a FOH Team Member, you’ll be responsible for delivering a warm, memorable guest experience from the moment customers walk in. You’ll greet guests, take and package orders, prepare drinks, and help maintain a clean and well-stocked service area. We’re looking for people who are friendly, reliable, and energized by working in a fast-paced café environment. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Greet customers with enthusiasm and provide friendly, efficient service
Take orders accurately and operate the point-of-sale (POS) system
Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and other beverages
Package bagels, sandwiches, and other menu items for dine-in and to-go
Maintain a clean and organized front-of-house, including tables, drink stations, and restrooms
Restock cream cheese fridge, beverage fridge, condiments, and paper goods
Monitor and fulfill online and advance orders
Support the team by assisting with large orders or catering prep as needed
Follow all health, sanitation, and safety protocols
QUALIFICATIONS
1+ years of customer service or hospitality experience preferred
High energy, team-oriented, and great with people
Comfortable working on your feet and handling multiple tasks at once
Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with teammates and customers
Punctual, responsible, and dependable
Availability on weekends and mornings required
SCHEDULE & BENEFITS
