Job Description We are seeking a highly organized and dynamic Event Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of events that align with our clients’ goals and brand identity. You will work closely with vendors, clients, and internal teams to ensure every detail is handled with precision and professionalism. Responsibilities Plan, coordinate, and execute events from concept to completion.
Manage event timelines, budgets, and logistics.
Source and negotiate with vendors, suppliers, and venues.
Oversee event setup, execution, and breakdown.
Collaborate with creative teams to design event materials and experiences.
Monitor event performance and provide post-event reports.
Ensure compliance with all safety, legal, and contractual requirements.
Qualifications
Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Marketing, Communications, or related field (preferred).
2+ years of experience in event planning or coordination.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with event management software is a plus
