Regional Account Manager – Chicago, IL
National Technology Solutions Provider | Cisco Premier Partner Levelociti is partnered with a nationally recognized, fast-growing VAR that is expanding its presence in the
Chicagoland market
and is seeking
experienced Regional Account Managers
to drive client growth and partnerships across the mid-market and commercial space.
With long-standing partnerships—including Cisco, Microsoft, HPE, Palo Alto, Dell/EMC, VMware, and others—we bring enterprise-grade solutions, elite engineering resources, and a true customer-first approach to every engagement.
This role is remote when not in front of clients and is focused on candidates based in the Greater Chicago area.
About the Role As a
Regional Account Manager , you’ll be the face of our firm in the Chicago market—owning client relationships, identifying business needs, and aligning cutting-edge technology solutions with customer outcomes. Backed by a high-performing local engineering team and national SME resources, you’ll have the tools and support to lead with value and drive results. This role is ideal for someone with a consultative sales style, a strong understanding of IT solutions, and a proven record of success with commercial or mid-market clients.
Key Responsibilities Build and grow client relationships across a defined Chicagoland territory. Represent the full scope of our professional and managed services capabilities. Lead client meetings, discovery sessions, and strategic planning conversations. Collaborate with solution architects, engineers, and OEM partners to scope and deliver top-tier solutions. Develop and execute account plans and sales campaigns. Drive pipeline activity and close opportunities with accuracy and consistency. Engage with C-level and key decision-makers across target accounts.
Ideal Candidate Profile 10+ years
of account management or technology sales experience in the IT services or VAR space. Established network in the Chicagoland mid-market/commercial segment preferred. Consultative, solutions-oriented sales style with a technical curiosity. Familiarity with selling across infrastructure, cloud, networking, and security solutions. Experience working with OEM partners such as Cisco, Microsoft, Dell, HPE, VMware, and others. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Self-directed, motivated, and driven to succeed in a high-performance culture.
