$45,000 - $75,000 yearly Responsibilities:
Provide warm and professional customer service while onboarding new clients and maintain existing clients, including booking appointments, inquiry response, insurance eligibility, claim submissions questions concerning billing and insurance policies Manage electronic and paper records and ensure all contracting paperwork is kept current Grow new business by generating a prospective customer base and advertise our insurance products via networking, asking for referrals, cold calling, and other marketing strategies Evaluate new customers’ insurance needs, insurance risk, existing coverage, long-term goals, and financial status through consultations to create a tailored experience that exceeds expectations Assist current policyholders during the insurance claims process while overseeing existing insurance claims Qualifications:
Customer service or experience as a sales representative are highly valued Must have graduated high school or received GED, a Bachelor’s degree is desired Current Life & Health insurance license is greatly valued Prior health insurance or life insurance experience a bonus Strong interpersonal and communication skills are a must About Company At Farmers Insurance, our employees set the tone, drive our strategy, and create world-class customer experiences.
