Handyman

insurance Front loaded PTO 401k - Company match up to 4% Long and short term disability at no cost to employee What you’ll do: We are specifically searching for a maintenance technician with experience in drywall, painting, rotted wood, concrete,
fascia/flashing/soffit
repairs, gutter cleaning, and leak detection. Complete scheduled maintenance tasks as assigned in a timely manner. Ensure that repairs are completed correctly and comply with building and city codes. Install, troubleshoot and/or repair household items included but not limited to appliances, fans, lights, etc. Install, troubleshoot and/or repair structural components of residences including but not limited to flooring, carpets, paneling, doors, etc. Perform basic home maintenance tasks, including but not limited to, painting, spackling, drywall repairs, tiling and basic electrical and plumbing repairs. Meet with outside contractors and vendors to provide access to building and residential units. What you’ll need: 3-5 years of handyman experience Your own basic tools Ability to lift tools and building materials weighing up to 50 lbs and occasionally 75-100 lbs Reliable transportation with valid driver’s license, and a mechanical aptitude Excellent communication skills and a general understanding of property management Fluent English Ability to work a rotating “on-call” schedule About Westward360: Westward360 is dedicated to providing exceptional community management, rental management and brokerage services.
