We're looking for a skilled and professional Handyman/Craftsman Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate is a multi-talented individual who excels at a wide variety of maintenance and repair tasks. You'll be responsible for completing diverse jobs and projects for our residential and commercial clients, ensuring top-quality work and exceptional customer service on every assignment.
Key Responsibilities and Duties
Perform a wide range of maintenance duties, from basic upkeep to complex repairs.
Complete renovations, light demolition, and new installations as needed.
Show expertise in various tasks including:
o Carpentry: Repairing, replacing, or painting trim, doors, windows, walls, ceilings, fences, and roofing components (soffit/fascia).
o Drywall: Mud, tape, texture, and repair damaged drywall.
o Plumbing & Electrical: Perform basic troubleshooting and repairs.
o Flooring: Remove, install, or replace various types of flooring.
o Fixtures & Appliances: Remove, install, or replace various fixtures and appliances.
o Locks: Install and repair locks and door closures. Use a variety of hand and power tools safely and effectively. Manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously while working independently. Communicate clearly and effectively with clients and management. Clean up work areas and dispose of job-related materials properly. Follow all company policies and instructions. Physical Requirements
This role is physically demanding. You must be able to: Lift and carry up to 50 lbs frequently and up to 100 lbs occasionally. Stand, crawl, bend, reach, and climb for extended periods of time.
