What Youll Be Doing: As a Project Coordinator in the Residential Division, youll: Manage residential project details from order to completion Proactively communicate with customers, installers, and vendors to ensure projects stay on track Collect and organize project-specific information, including materials, measurements, and delivery timelines Respond to day-to-day inquiries to ensure all stakeholders have the information they need Support teammates by staying flexible and focused when priorities shift
What You Bring: 3+ years of construction administrative experience (stone countertop experience preferred) Customer service and Sales experience Strong organizational skills and ability to juggle multiple tasks Strong communication skills, including but not limited to having a calm, collaborative approach even when things get busy Willingness to learn and grow in a team environment Strong computer proficiency skills Adaptability and flexibility to handle the constant changes when working on residential projects
